1. Who processes your data
Data controller: Print Perfecting Kft. (registered address: —, company registration number: —, tax number: —), operator of the CMMS Perfect app. Contact: [email protected]
This notice is based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
2. What data we process
- Account data: e-mail address and password. We never see your password: the authentication provider stores it as an encrypted hash.
- Company data: the company's name, the list of members and their roles, and the e-mail addresses of invites issued.
- Machine data: the machine's name, asset number, location, notes, and the QR identifier generated for it.
- Fault ticket: the report text, urgency, status, timestamp, the reporter's identifier, and, if attached, the photo.
- Maintenance history: when, by whom, and what was done on the machine.
- Push identifier: the device's notification token, if you've enabled notifications.
- Subscription status: the transaction identifier received from the App Store, the plan type, and its expiry. We never see or store your card details — payment is handled by Apple.
We do not request or collect location data, contacts, an advertising identifier, and we do not use any tracking or analytics service in the app.
3. Why we process it
- Providing the service — legal basis: performance of the contract with you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- Push notification for a new fault — legal basis: performance of the contract; you can turn off notifications on your device at any time.
- Managing the subscription and billing — legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligation.
- Operation, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention — legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
4. Where we store it
We store your data on servers operated by Supabase Inc., located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Your data does not leave the EEA.
At the database level, every company can only access its own data. This is enforced by the database's access rules, not by the app itself, so not even a modified client can access another company's data.
5. Who we share it with
Our processors, without whom the service could not run:
- Supabase Inc. — database, authentication, file storage (EU, Frankfurt)
- Apple Inc. — delivering push notifications and managing the subscription through the App Store
We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not share it for marketing purposes. In response to a lawful request from an authority, we disclose data to the extent required by law.
6. How long we keep it
- Your company's data, machines, fault tickets, and history for as long as the account exists.
- If the account is deleted, we permanently erase the data within 30 days, except for data the law requires us to keep longer (e.g. accounting records).
- We remove the push identifier when you log out or delete the app.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can request:
- a copy of the data we process about you (access),
- correction of inaccurate data,
- deletion of your data,
- restriction of processing,
- your data in a portable format,
- and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Send your request to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days at the latest.
If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., Hungary, [email protected]), or with a court.
8. Children
The app is built for workplace use, is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly process the data of anyone under 16.
9. Photos
Photos attached to a fault ticket are stored in the company's own, private storage. Only the company's members can access them. Please avoid photographing anything containing someone else's personal data if it isn't necessary to document the fault.
10. Changes
This notice may change. We'll notify you of material changes in the app or by e-mail. The current version in force is always available on this page.
